Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire, in compliance with federal law.

Must have a clean background and driving record.

Must have at least two years of professional experience working with children of the age relevant to the position, in either a paid nanny or daycare role. Applicants must be over 18. (Experience as a parent is valued but does not count as professional experience.)

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Must provide references from the last five years of employment, with verifiable contact information. Little Lighthouse Nannies must be able to confirm prior employment—no exceptions.
