In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire. 

All applicants must have a clean background
and driving record.

All applicants must have a
minimum of two years of experience related to the age of the child in the position you are applying for, either in a paid nanny role or daycare role, over the age of 18.

While we greatly value the experience gained from being a mother, it does not count as professional experience and should not be listed. No exceptions will be made.
 
All applicants must be able to write and speak English fluently. 

All completed applications will be reviewed, and only qualified applicants will be contacted.  

All applicants must be able to provide reference names and numbers for the last five years of employment from the date of application submission. Little Lighthouse Nannies must be able to verify employment - there are no exceptions to this. 


Choose your Desired Schedule:

List work-related references for the last five years, starting with your current employer working backward. If you have had less than three employers in a 5-year work period, include character references to reach 5 total references. Include their full name, phone number, and email if you have them. This section is required to move forward with a position. Do not include personal references.

By providing the names and numbers below, you are giving Little Lighthouse Nannies and employees of Little Lighhtouse Nannies permission to contact your references before or after your interview with Little Lighthouse Nannies.
